I recently spent Christmas at a hotel in Cancun and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The food was delicious, and I was like I was at home away from home. The hotel was in a great location, close to important avenues like Tulum and Bonampak Av. it was near a popular mall, making it convenient for shopping.
There were a few downsides to my stay at the hotel. The shower tiles could use some updating as they were stained.

During our stay at Hotel Batab, we felt safe and secure with police presence everywhere due to a nearby UN meeting. The staff was amazing and were great too help us with recommendations for dining and places to visit. We also booked a trip to Chichen Itza through them at a great price. The on-site restaurant was excellent and offered delicious food at a reasonable price. All in all, it was a great stay at Hotel Batab!
